Linear Stages

The CX positioning stages are characterized by their monoblock design. The guides and the body are made of a stainless steel profile, which results in high thermal stability. Preloaded angular ball bearings and the C3 ball screw enable backlash-free positioning with a repeatability of less than 1 μm.
