The BS Series motorized linear stages (without controller) feature a robust and thermally stable monoblock design, where the entire body and the guide elements are precision-machined from a single, coherent stainless steel profile. This design ensures exceptional rigidity and high thermal stability.
The guide mechanism utilizes a high-quality, pre-loaded ball screw with a recirculating ball cage, ensuring short and precise travel distances and achieving high repeatability of up to 1 µm.
This version is equipped with a high-torque, open-loop 2-phase Nanotec stepper motor (model ST2818L1006-B), capable of reaching travel speeds up to 20 mm/s with a step angle of 1.8° (full step) and providing a holding torque of 12.7 Ncm.
Connectivity is straightforward: the stage is supplied with a 1.5m ix cable featuring open strands for flexible integration into existing motion control architectures. Please note: the necessary controller, drive system, and power supply must be ordered separately. This offers maximum flexibility for specialized system builders.
