This motorized positioning stage features a monoblock design where the body and guide elements are integrated from a coherent stainless steel profile, ensuring exceptional thermal stability. The guide mechanism utilizes a pre-loaded ball screw and a recirculating ball-guided carriage, facilitating long, precise travel and achieving repeatability down to 500 nm (0.5 µm).
Paired with FASTECH's closed-loop stepper motors, the system guarantees precise control at travel speeds up to 50 mm/s. The controller continuously checks the actual position against the target and automatically compensates for any potential step losses. Control is managed via FASTECH's free proprietary software or through the included DLL library, compatible with platforms like LabView, C++, C#, and others.
Please note that the associated power supply must be ordered separately. A 1m long USB connection cable is included as standard.
