This motorized positioning stage maintains the BN Series' signature monoblock design, integrating the body and guide elements from a coherent stainless steel profile to ensure high thermal stability. The guide mechanism utilizes a pre-loaded ball screw and a recirculating ball-guided carriage, facilitating precise travel and achieving repeatability down to 1 µm.
This version is equipped with a high-torque open-loop 2-phase Nanotec stepper motor (model ST2818L1006-B), achieving travel speeds up to 20 mm/s at a step angle of 1.8° (full step) and providing a holding torque of 12.7 Ncm.
Note: This stage does not include a controller or power supply. It is supplied with a 1.5m ix cable with open strands and requires an external drive system for operation, providing maximum flexibility for integration into existing motion control architectures.
