ELSEi integrates cutting-edge low-noise electronics and ultra-deep cooling technology while keeping a compact camera design. Multiple readout speeds can be selected supporting pixel rates from 50 kHz up to 5 MHz.

Functionalities include fully flexible binning operation, various trigger and synchronization modes, Crop and Burst mode, software-selectable gain as well as temperature monitoring of the sensor and the Peltier hot side.

True 18 bit AD conversion allows the exploitation of the full dynamic range of the CCD sensor for the highest performance and SNR. Choose from a wide range of sensors to find the best match with your requirements. ELSEi is ideally suited for detection of very weak signal intensities where a low-noise floor is paramount.
